Great customer service Tray was Amazing at the front desk. Easy check-in and help guide for the city. Would recommend and I would definitely stay again

Carpets on 3rd and 4th floor are stained.

Great place to stay as it's near LAX Great pool. Rooms were above average.

It was a beautiful time, and we all cherished every moment together as a family.

Very nice hotel and staff was very nice. Tray, the front desk clerk, was very friendly and helpful. He made check in very quick and pleasant.

Jordan at the front desk and Joseph the assistant manager deserve so much applause. They really listened to me and help resolve my problem in the absolute best way. After much of the other staff not really seeming to care, these two took the extra time to really understand the situation and find a solution.

Trayvon was super friendly and accommodating. This was our first time staying here and he made the experience welcoming and enjoyable.

We had a great experience with our 3-day stay at this hotel. Kudos to the front desk staff Trayvon.He’s so accommodating and helpful. He helped us promptly with our check-in and helped us how to go get to our destination using the public transport.He was so patient to give us the directions and made sure that we will get through it. The management is so lucky to have an employee like him. Keep it up.We will surely come back.From Room 474.
