Staying here for a week and I can say that the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The employees are all helpful and kind. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Tanya was always attentive and a sweetheart to us during breakfast. The location was great as its close to everything and didnt have much traffic, it felt safe as it was next to the police station. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel when visiting LA.

Great hotel, excellent service fron staff and very friendly. Sadly, the juice machine in seems to be out of order the last two days but everything else has been great.

I was staying out here for work and checked in around 10:30 pm-ish. I was expecting a few hitches since there was a mixup with my check in date and I thought I wouldn’t be able to get a room at all but both the guys at the front desk for the Marriott and Townplace were totally awesome and managed to get me in for the night. Thank you so much and I do apologize if I came off as cranky at first. 😞 You guys are rockstars! 🙏🏼

What a gem of a place. I had a very enjoyable stay here. The rooms were large, clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and well lit. A nice bonus was having a kitchenette to keep cold drinks and heat up up some snacks. Thank you Pesi and Townplace for a great stay !

We stayed at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hawthorne/LAX from Thursday through Monday and had a wonderful vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Any request we had was handled quickly. We asked for extra towels, and they were delivered to our room within five minutes, which we really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was consistently fresh and delicious each morning. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the coffee was excellent, and it was the perfect way to start our day. We also spent time at the pool, which was clean and well maintained. The pool towels were regularly restocked by a friendly staff member, making the experience even more enjoyable. We ordered food from the hotel during our stay, and it exceeded our expectations. Our son ordered the hamburger, and it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The location was another highlight. It was conveniently located for exploring Southern California, with easy access to Santa Monica, the Griffith Observatory, and Disneyland. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. We highly recommend TownePlace Suites to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations, great service, and a convenient location.

Stayed here for 6 nights during my birthday trip to California and I was so happy we chose this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including AC, a TV and a kitchenette. The location was great, parking was easy and the pool was a perfect place to relax. I loved the beach-inspired décor throughout the lobby, it really gave the hotel a coastal California feel. Breakfast was also pretty decent for being included. I do wish they served bacon though... The outdoor barbecue and fire pit area were a great touch for relaxing in the evenings. Looked so beautiful. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Los Angeles, California.

The lobby was spotless, though the front desk was a bit on the smaller side. That said, the staff was super friendly! We stayed in a 6-person family room, and it was massive. It came with two double beds, two bathrooms, and a handy kitchenette complete with a dishwasher and a microwave. They also provided tableware, though only enough for four people. Outside the room, there’s hot water available, so overall, everything was pretty solid. The only real downside was this weird, cheap-looking air freshener scent the moment we walked in. It wasn't exactly a foul smell, but it just wasn't my cup of tea. Luckily, once we cranked up the AC, we got used to it pretty quickly. Location-wise, it’s super close to the airport, and there’s a supermarket and a few shops right across the street. It gets nice and quiet at night, too. They serve a simple American breakfast in the morning, but heads up: it gets packed around 8:30 to 9:00 AM. I'd definitely recommend dodging that rush hour if you actually want to grab a seat!

Great room. I arrived late and missed breakfast so minimal interaction with service, but overall a wonderful experience. I wish I could have stayed longer.
