Stayed here with family as we had an early flight at LAX. Rooms were clean. It is next to a library. Parking wasn't an issue. Can't comment on price as I used marriott points. Why 4 stars instead of 5? 1) The breakfast could have been better. The only hot item was biscuit sandwich and sausage. 2) This hotel probably has a lot of LAX guests. I asked if they had a luggage scale or a scale at the gym...they said no. Come on. They should keep one at the front desk and have guests bring out luggage to check. 3) I went to the wrong entrance at first....this place shares the same building with a Courtyard. The front desk said i booked with Towneplace. She was nice. I went to the Towneplace counter the the guy wasn't friendly at all. 4) You also need a key to open the hotel doors which I felt was unnecessary for it being 8PM. Kinda annoying as we brought in luggage as I was checking in and my family didn't have the key and had to wave to the front desk person each time. 5) Our room had 3 bath towels. I booked for 5 people (with children). I've never seen a place that had less than 4? 6) The previous guest set an alarm for 6AM....wasn't fun. House keeping should check for alarms? I would come back if I need a place to stay as it met my needs despite the major annoyances.

I absolutely love the rooms. Very beautiful, spacious and convenient with the full kitchen and dishes, etc. The lobby area is very neat and nice looking. Outside the fire pits, pool and hot tub make the place very inviting. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
Located near LA international airport so it is easy to check in and check out. Rooms are good. Lifts are crowded by service staff. Disappointing breakfast. Same menu every day Quality average. Eggs are freezing cold it should be served hot. The best is oatmeal with toppings. They are in hurry to wrap up at 9 am. Overall a nice stay.
Wish they offered waffles. The hotel and rooms itself are great. Clean, modern, and smell great! Spacious rooms and comfy beds which is very hard to come by. Breakfast was 7/10. waffles!!! add waffles and everyone could have eaten!
Enjoyed our 2 day stay. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful and happy to accommodate some basic requests.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. We got a 2 queen with a sofa bed and it was very roomy for just two people. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was kept very clean, the parking lot is well lit and we felt safe during our stay. We did not spend a lot of time in the rooms as we were out from morning to night during our stay but we had restful sleep and the rooms were very comfortable. Would stay again and recommend.
Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Quiet. I slept well there for 3 nights. I’m glad I had a rental car because food choices near there were limited to Mexican or pizza. I would have had to Uber everywhere that I wanted to go eat at and it would have been expensive. Not the best part of town, but close enough to the airport. I would stay there again.
Very safe area. There are a lot of families with kids. Plenty of parking spaces, unfortunately it's 18 dollars but based on my research it's the cheapest from all the other hotels. They have a swimming pool and fireplace outside to hangout. Very clean lobby and suite.
My family and I would like to give a special thank you to Danielle and Vincent (the two best supervisors), because they are the reason that made us enjoy our stay at the towneplace suites LAX/ Hawthorne. They are amazing people, they always make sure that the customers are satisfied and happy, and take customers’ notes into consideration, and because of them we returned back to the hotel.
